Improving Internal Communication

Hello Everyone,

I feel we can improve our internal communication, especially between cross-functional teams.
Sometimes updates are missed or shared very late, which affects coordination and timelines.

I would like to suggest:

• A dedicated communication channel for project updates
• Weekly sync summary notes
• Better tagging and mention system in the portal

Please share your thoughts and any suggestions you might have!

A weekly sync summary would really help keep everyone on the same page, especially for cross-team projects.
